William Penn Association hosting picnic in Cheswick

William Penn Association is a Pittsburgh-based Fraternal Benefit Society founded over 130 years ago. Our Association operates on a non-profit basis, providing life insurance and annuities to individuals and families in twenty states nationwide.

William Penn Association is hosting a picnic open to the public on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from noon until 4:30 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Shrine Center at 1877 Shriners Way in Cheswick, Pa.  It is a short distance from Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 48.

Adult admission $15

$12 each for groups of 12 or more

$5 for students with ID

Kids under 12 get in free.

Admission includes Hungarian kolbász (sausage), Hungarian káposztás tészta (cabbage and noodles), Hungarian szalonna sütés (bacon roast), hot and cold beverages and other picnic favorites! Pastries and baked goods are on sale as a fundraiser for the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation, Inc. There will be live music with George Batyi and Ensemble (local musician), raffles, playground, kids’ activities and more.
