Millvale Riverfront Park was alive with creative energy July 20 as the Society of Sculptors poured into the region for an exhibition and demonstrations to celebrate the third annual FireTree Sculpture Festival.
The Society of Sculptors will fill Millvale Riverfront Park with a sculptural exhibition, artists’ demonstrations and a nighttime display of illumination at the third annual FireTree Sculpture Festival from noon to 10 p.m. July 20.
Millvale is one of many communities that are classified as food deserts. These are areas where there are no grocery stores in close proximity, making it difficult for people who do not have access to a vehicle to get food.
