Shaler Area Elementary School hosted a Career Day for fifth-grade students with hands-on lessons led by students from Shaler Area High School, as well as several other local high schools, who are dual-enrolled in A.W. Beattie Career Center programs. The students had the opportunity to learn about a variety of career options.
